Four different HYPOXI® devices provide the correct treatment for each problem area. The HYPOXI-Therapist creates an individual therapy plan for each user – according to their objectives and personal requirements and provides tips for well-balanced nutrition. Results can be seen after only several weeks of HYPOXI-Therapy, not only are the problem areas reduced, but the connective tissue is strengthened, the skin is firmer and cellulite is reduced considerably. HYPOXI-Therapy has the perfect solution to target dimples and problem areas on buttocks, stomach and legs effectively in a short time. The pear shape constitution, where fat deposits appear primarily on the thighs and buttocks, is a common challenge for women. Many women who attempt to deal with these areas through jogging and dieting are all too familiar with the problem: They are successful – but in the wrong places unfortunately. Weight loss is noticeable in the face, breasts and upper arms; however, the fat deposits on the buttocks and legs, and therefore the cellulite remains. HYPOXI-Therapy targets these type-dependent, stubborn fat deposits directly. Through an innovative combination of alternating pressure and gentle exercise, the circulation in the problem areas is increased and metabolism stimulated, accelerating the transport of the fatty acids to the muscles where they are burnt off once and for all.
Pear Shape to perfect shape Don’t feel alone! Studies suggest that up to 80% of women and 45% of men are dissatisfied with their body. In many instances, this frustration stems from an inability to lose weight in certain areas despite a healthy diet and vigorous exercise regime.
Localised fat deposits and cellulite are the result of our genetic predisposition to store fat in certain areas of the body. Most of us have an unevenly distributed circulatory system – which means that blood flows more readily in certain parts of the body than in others. This phenomenon is known as “fat patterning” resulting in different types of body shapes. Pear shaped people are genetically predisposed to storing fat on their hips, thighs and lower stomach. Apple shaped people will store the majority of their body fat in the stomach area.
Blood is the vehicle for transporting oxygen, nutrients and fatty acids throughout the body. Therefore, blood plays a crucial role in burning fat. If blood supply to a part of your body is limited, then it is harder for your muscles to source free fatty acids from this area to use as energy. Put simply, fat burns more readily in the parts of the body that have strong blood circulation than in those with poor blood supply. This fact explains why many of us find it difficult to eliminate fat and cellulite from certain areas of our body despite a dietary regimen and high level of physical activity.
Cellulite
What causes cellulite and fat build-up?
Up to 80% of women have a serious disposition towards cellulite and fat accumulates on the areas of the hips, thighs and buttocks that due to genetics can prove to be difficult to remove. This frustrating disposition towards cellulite and fat accumulation originates from a woman's need to accommodate for pregnancy and childbirth.
Because of this genetic difference, the connective tissue on the woman’s lower body is less firm than that on a man. Genetics, nutrition and hormones along with increased water storage also lead to the accumulation of the fatty tissue in the cellulite prone areas.
The gathering of fat in concentrated areas has a resulting decrease in blood circulation, nutrition and oxygen supplied to the fat and skin in these areas. Decreases in these variables are negative for fat burning and can make it extremely difficult, if not impossible, to burn off fat no matter how hard women try.
Why is cellulite and fat removal so difficult? The only true solution for burning off fat reserves is exercise. It is very important to understand the connection between blood circulation, exercise and fat loss.
When exercising with cellulite and fat on the lower body, the temperature of these areas is lower; the body temperature actually decreases due to the blood's flow away from the skin and into the muscle tissue.
In contrast the temperature of the upper body rises in concurrence with an increase in exercise level as would be expected all over the body.
When muscles demand energy from fat, it can only be delivered from areas where enough blood is available as a transport medium. This results in fat being burnt off in undesired areas and not in areas where cellulite and fat accumulates.
This link between blood circulation, fat loss and exercise is extremely important. It is sad but true that women with cellulite deposits around the hips, thighs and buttocks will find it almost impossible to burn off cellulite and fat using normal fat-burning training, no matter how hard they exercise.
Whilst this may have been unsolvable in the past, we now have the solution that ensures cellulite will be smoother and the hips, thighs and buttocks reshaped to give you amazing body confidence and a slim line silhouette. Problem Area – The Stomach and Hips
The VACUNAUT®
Applying HYPOXI® technology, the VACUNAUT® system is designed to specifically target fat around the stomach and hip region.
Used by celebrities such as Robbie Williams, the VACUNAUT® has been proven to accelerate abdominal fat loss in both men and women.
The central feature of the VACUNAUT® is the complex network of 122 integrated pressure chambers which work directly on the stomach region. Whilst undertaking low intensity training (no more than a brisk walk), the low pressurised chambers stimulate blood supply to the fat tissue around the stomach and hips where it is enriched with fatty acids. The high pressurised chambers then accelerate the transport of blood to the muscles being exercised.
During the 30 minute program, the fatty acids transported directly from the problem zone are burnt off as fuel for movement. Independent studies have shown that up to 80% of the fat broken down occurs in the desired stomach and hip region.
